Privacy Policy.

Last updated 16 July 2026. This page explains what information we collect when you contact the studio, why we collect it, and how it's kept.

1. Who we are

Art Revive Studio is the conservation practice of Smriti Rajput, Senior Art Conservator, operating from New Roshanpura, Najafgarh, New Delhi 110043, India, with additional engagements in Mumbai. This policy covers the information collected through artrevivestudio.com — it does not cover information you share with us by phone, email, or in person, which is handled under the same principles set out below.

2. Information we collect

When you use the contact form to request a restoration assessment, we ask for:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • The type of artwork you're enquiring about
  • Any message or description you choose to share
  • Photographs of the work, if you choose to upload them

We don't collect payment information through this site — there is no online checkout. Fees and payment are agreed directly with you, in writing, before any treatment begins.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It's designed to be privacy-friendly — it doesn't use cookies and doesn't build a profile that identifies you personally.

3. How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, provide an initial assessment or condition report, prepare a costed treatment proposal, and — if you go ahead — to correspond with you about the work while it's in the studio. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Photographs of your artwork

Photographs you send us of your work are used first and foremost to assess and, where you proceed, to document treatment. From time to time, we'd like to feature real before-and-after conservation work — like the case studies on our Transformations page — to show the standard of our work honestly. We only do this with your explicit permission, asked for separately from the assessment itself, and we won't publish identifying details about you or the work's ownership without your agreement.

5. Who else sees it

Contact form submissions, including any photographs you attach, are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that transmits your submission to our email inbox. We don't otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except where we're required to by law, or with your consent — for example, if a specialist courier needs your contact details to arrange collection of a work.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a treatment are generally kept only as long as needed to answer your question, and are deleted within a reasonable period afterward. Records relating to work we've actually treated — including condition reports, treatment documentation, and correspondence — are kept for a longer period, consistent with standard conservation practice, since that documentation has ongoing value to you and to any conservator who treats the work in future.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to our need to retain conservation records as described above. To make a request, write to conservation@artrevivestudio.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. As a studio operating in India, we handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Keeping it secure

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted securely to our inbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely infallible, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you share with us.

9. Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for adults making enquiries about artwork conservation. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
